The Stat59 Delphi module makes it easy to ensure that all participants provide informed consent to the Delphi process. The Stat59 consent will be shown the first time the study experts enter the Delphi project, and participants are required to acknowledge the consent before proceeding.

The consent form will be generated automatically based on the project settings. To customize the Delphi Consent form:

1. Enter the "My Projects" page by logging in with your Stat59 username and password.
2. Click on your Delphi study (Or create a new one if you have not done so already.)
3. Under the "Settings" tab, click on the "UPDATE PROJECT INFORMATION" button
4. Fill in information for the following fields to customize your Delphi consent
• Title
• Authors
• Description
• Primary Objective
• Secondary Objective
• Approver (for ethics approval)
5. Click the "UPDATE" button to save your changes
6. Click on the "Design" tab
7. Scroll to the bottom to the "Downloads" frame
8. Click the "EXPERT CONSENT" button to view and download the consent

Some projects may require more complicated consent forms such as written signatures, institutional letterhead, or more detailed descriptions of the study. In these cases, it may be necessary for investigators to contact the participants directly by email with an attached consent and collect the signed consents manually.
